First off thank you so so much”(Kelly) for taking a chance on me for your weight loss challenge. I got so much out of it and feel like I understand what my body needs now to keep it healthy.

I loved it how you simplified things into terms that i could understand , like no more than 5 ingredients on label, what oils to use, portion sizes, recipe ideas, what caffeine dairy sugars can do to your body .

The shopping tour night was a game changer for me, not all so called “healthy food” are what they seem and I now feel like I have a little power in working out whats good, bad and to be avoided at all costs. You encouraged but didn’t preach or jam information down our throats, you answered all questions we had no matter how silly and you challenged us to challenge ourselves. The fact we do S/C classes along side this life style was at first scary for this non-gym goer, but with the encouragement of Soph and the other members of the class, and the fact the classes are small so its not too overwhelming, it was great . So thanks to both yourself (Kelly) and Sophie for working so hard to encourage me in what will be long standing and positive life style changes, I will be back in class with Soph next week and back in to see you for a check in at the end of the month.

I would recommend any one wanting to make positive changes to all aspects of there health and see positive changes not just in how their bodies look but what their bodies are capable of and also improvements in sleep, and a positive and healthier mind set. Give one of theses challenges a go!
