INGREDIENTS {Serves 1}

  • 250ml dairy free milk of choice

  • 40g coconut yoghurt

  • 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder (we love True)

  • 100g frozen cherries

  • 1 tbsp. cacao or cocoa

METHOD

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender or blend with a stick blender.

  2. Pour into one glass or portable protein shaker and serve.

NOTES

To save time in the morning make this the night before so you can grab & go!
