I would highly recommend the 8 week challenge. It is a course that is designed to help even after the 8 weeks has finished, to get you on the right track and teach you the adjustments you could make to help improve your health and fitness long term. The weekly meetings are full of very useful information and keeps up your motivation. The meal suggestions are easy and the trainers are lovely.

The shopping tour is exceptional and a real highlight. I loved that Kelly gave practical suggestions for the various questions and scenarios that came up throughout the course.

Kelly genuinely cares and wants to help in the most realistic way for your individual situation, which makes this course something that is sustainable well after the course has finished. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone.
