Weight Loss Challenge - How does it work?

The next Freshstart Weight Loss Challenge starts next Monday 1st August!

There are lots of challenges, diets, programs, meal replacements etc. on the market these days, and we know it can be an overwhelming mind field to know what’s actually going to work for you.

We wanted to give you a better an idea of why we know our challenge works, for you to better understand it we’re the right next step for you.

1. We give you food that you will love - recipes are based on traditional, delicious home-cooked meals - meal time is the best time of the day, we want you to love and look forward to it - it's also much easier when your family enjoys the same food you're eating!

2. We don't make you give up the things you love - although we will suggest more restrictive weeks, we understand dairy, carbs & even alcohol are part of our lives. We know restrictive diets never work long-term and we see many people quickly give-up on these types of diets. We will teach you to make mindful choices when it comes to this "soul foods & drinks", where you may consume less, but enjoy more!

3. We provide a supportive, non-judgmental space - One of the number one reasons our members love training at Freshstart is how happy and comfortable they feel. We're not here to look good on Instagram, we're here to make you feel good, so you can be better. Allowing you to be yourself, ask us questions and make life-long friends with your fellow challengers and coaches.

4. We keep you accountable - from writing down everything you eat, setting weekly goals to the group and celebrating your wins. We will ask for your involvement the whole way. Keeping accountable to not only yourself but to someone else can help you remain focused and mindful about your choices.

5. We educate you - each week our Nutritionist, Kelly, will host online seminars on all things Nutrition, from Gut Health, to Hormones, we will uncover every taboo and diet myth, so you understand what it right for your body. Why is education important? It is a known fact that once we learn why we're doing something, we're a lot more likely to stick to it.
